Portarlington pier

Post by CaughtWithaHook » Sun Jun 30, 2013 7:12 pm

Fished this morning from 6 - 10, lots of people around about twenty or so. Not many fish though , small salmon just legal like 22 cm think legal is 21 cm bloody tiny though. One bloke caught a flatty but that was it. Think time of year not the best. So lotsa fisherman, no action though. Better next time maybe .

I was down last night, not fishing just having a look, They are working on St Leonards and I think the sound is a put off. There are fresh squid ink marks all the way along Portarlington, didn't see anything getting landed though.

Try the Barwon at low tide if you're chasing Sambo's. :D
