Im working at Bayside and the guy-PUD- whom looks after the Pt Richards Ramp advised me just after it happened and showed me a pic he took
No I dont know the guy
So it goes-He was trying to avoid another boat tied up to the pier,his wife yelling at him to avoid hitting the boat he gunned it on an angle and hit the pier lifting the boat on its side and it flipped over

I spoke with the owner he was backing off his trailer when the wind got it he applied power to spin around but hit another boat zoom in on the bow, it raised the nose and water came over the transom and the boat filled up then rolled over.
Lucky escape no one hurt just shows how quick things happen
That sucks glad the guy is ok.
Good to see 2 other people jumping into help out.
