Launched queenscliff around 6.30am went around to lonsdale amongst the other boats tried for squid at different depths but very quiet, the other noats were struggling as well but eventually got 2 in 3.5m deep one hood 40 cm the other 30cm
Then went around to st.leonards area ended up getting my bag with most around 30cm hood and threw back 8 small ones
The southerly picked up to around 15kn which made for hard fishing for tings, ended up with 7 keepers around 30cm and threw back around 6 smaller ones, pulled the pi around 6.30 pm
