St Leonards - Sun 10/9
St Leonards - Sun 10/9
Perfect weather conditions and not too many at the boat ramp as I decided to do some gentleman hours fishing and headed out at 8:00am. Went out deep 13 meters threw in some baits, fresh samon pieces. Not long and a few small flatties were in the boat. Nice and relaxed fishing no screaming reels, but no screaming misuses either. Over the next couple of hours a dozen or so flatties were hooked with 9 being legal. Time to move as they had gone off the chew waited out the tide change with no other bites. Headed back in about midday with a nice feed. Fisheries were there to greet everyone at the boat ramp and according to them I had the biggest catch of the day. Great morning fishing
