Coles channel if your fishing at night
If during the day go out wider and fish one of the deeper channels

Launch at St Leonards and from the boat ramp head straight out to the channel marker at about 20 metres drop the anchor on the edge of the channel.

Set up multiple baits - my best performing at salmon and squid. If you can get hold of some fresh prawns that may do the job also. Whenever i cut open the gummies they are filled with crabs and prawns.
