Camping Ground at the Back of Buckelys Bay?

According to this book "Beaches of the Victorian Coast & Port Phillip Bay: A Guide to Their Nature ...
By Andrew D. Short, Christopher L. Hogan"

There is meant to be a small caravan park/ camping ground behind the sand dunes at Buckleys Bay but I can't seem to see to find it if I do a "google search" can any forum users tell me if its still operating and if so how do i contact the ownwer/manager, was thinking about using it as a base to go out from to fish the surf beaches in the area?
