Last night 23/2/2016

Was a bit windy during the day but when I checked the wind speed for later in the night I saw it was rapidly dropping so decided to go for flounder once again.
When we arrived at our spot, conditions couldn't have been any better. It was perfect actually, with very clear water and no wind at all.
Missed a few stonker flatties but still ended up with a good feed.
For the first time in awhile, I noticed there were more flatties around than flounders.
Ended up being a fun night.
Cheers.

I've never done any good floundering, that's a great haul.

Great catch there Lightningx. How long were you floundering for?

I'm inspired to give it a go myself now... just have to figure out where to go...

Anywhere from Safety Beach down to Blairgowrie is a chance, from what I've seen and heard locally.
