Geelong Advertiser 5 Aug 2015
THE owners and operators of a Portarlington fishing business have faced court accused of failing to report about 3.5 tonnes of caught seafood.
Jenkins & Son Fresh Fish licence holder Peter Jenkins is charged with 58 offences while his son Benjamin, the operator, is charged with 35 offences.
The Geelong Magistrates’ Court heard yesterday that the charges related to under reporting catches, supplying false documents, filing late documents and using an additional long line.
Lawyers for the pair have indicated they will contest some or all of the charges. The matter will return to court later this month.

I really don't know why they think they will get away with it, it's only a matter of time before someone talks and you get caught out. cheers davo
It's an exhilarating feeling catching a fish
But it's an even better feeling releasing them
