Johanna Beach report

Post by jfel » Wed Apr 11, 2018 10:15 am

Fished Johanna Beach this morning. Started out in the dark and was stalked by a fox on the walking track which follow me onto the beach and hung around for 20 minutes or so until first light - first time if experienced this and was a little unnerving!

Fished for 1.5 hours for 4 Salmon all approx 30-40cm. Certainly wasn’t fast fishing but could have been worse.

Beautiful morning to be out in this part of the world.

I remember the last time I was at that beach was blowing a gale. Caught a massive sambo on a red surf popper. Nice work mate and yes it’s a beautiful place
