A nice cod

Had to head up to help to help a mate move house so managed to sneak a quick fish in the morning after the work was done

We trolled some rapala lures early in tbe morning for 3 nice trout tben changed over for some murray cod lures.

We got 7cod...between 40cm and 75cm and this buety at 111cm.

Not sure what it weighed but it was fat and heavy.

It was only out off the water a short time and swum away nice and healthy

Eildon is the only public waterway without a closed season. Other impoundments in vic still have a closed season.

7 cod is a good day, throw in one at 111cm and it becomes a great day, well done and nice fish, cheers davo :a_goodjob:
