Post by Reece Mcdonald » Thu Apr 14, 2011 9:07 pm

anyone fished glenmaggie for bass lately, fished it for the first time recently no bass, but caught countless redfin,i couldn't believe how many of the little buggers i could see swimming around and i was surprised how clear the water was, here's a photo i took of a rainbow trout cruising the shore.anyone got an idea of how big the bass are in there yet.the trout's that black bit just out from the big rock in the bottom of the photo, you can see it clearly in a photo that's not compressed :water:

Fish there a lot over the past year, I have been hoping that the bass will school with the cooler weather in deep water. Went up yesterday and nothing but red fin. No school's.

Interesting to see the trout in the lake as the river now holds good stocks, i would think that there will move into the lake after the run this year if water level stay as they are.
