Goulburn Sandbar

Post by davek » Sat Aug 19, 2017 3:00 pm

Decided to go for a look around today so I walked around a kilometre past where I usually fish to a sand bar and fished back to the car, some nice water along here but no fish unfortunately but after a fair few trips up and down banks I should sleep well tonight, cheers davo

It's an exhilarating feeling catching a fish
But it's an even better feeling releasing them

Water looks pretty muddy. Might be hard for fish to see lures? Just a thought

A good spot for surface fishing in the warmer months Dave, particularly with floppies!

Truedogz can you still actually buy floppies? I have a couple that are nearly as old as I am - in my treasured possession lure box!

You see them a lot on Ebay but you they are quite expensive starting about $50 and upwards.
