I was going to release the big fish, but my mum wanted to take it home. Considering she doesn't get to eat yellas that often (too expensive in the fish shop $20-$23/kg whole fish), I decided it was best for my mum to have a good feed. She's going to make cutlets out of it, which I think will help reduce the impact of the fattiness of the fish. We had the smaller one for the bbq on Saturday which was great eating.
