Has anyone been fishing for fresh water crays?? Are they good toward I know a great spot to get them but not sure if they taste good any help????

Well I have caught the odd redfin since I started this thread but they have really slowed down now. Half an hour at a channel this evening and not even a follow ! Yet I see reports on forums and Facebook of people catching good ones!
