Lake entrance, lake tyers

Post by pkyap4326 » Tue Nov 17, 2020 2:05 pm

Spent the weekend at lake entrance, lake tyers. Had a reasonable catch. Fished at Fisherman's Landing and Mill Point landbased. Caught 7 bream, 3 at 40 to 42cm the rest were about 30cm. All on prawns.
Also fished at Eastern Beach, Lakes entrance, but the crabs are all over the place, making it a very frustrating day's fishing. If you are after crabs, on the beach, then it is guaranteed you will catch crabs. Just have to rig up for them, like using onion bags with smelly bait etc. Only caught ok sized salmon after a few hours. Have photos but how the hell do you upload them. Sorry, I am not active on the forum but takes a keen interest in it. I dont fish that much.
