Tips on fishing Eagle Point / Silt Jetties land based

Post by tbcha1 » Tue Feb 19, 2019 8:22 pm

Hi all
going up labor day weekend with the family which means ill only get to fish around 2hrs a day early morning before the kids get up.
So 4 hrs of fishing only so want to make the most of it. Any one have any tips fishing this area? is it best on the lake or river side of the silt jetties?
Would prefer to throw out plastics.

Any tips appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Years since I fished there. Re the road is no problem with a 2 WD car. We go up there quite often to launch the survey jet skis.
There's nothing . . . absolutely nothing . . . half so much worth doing as simply messing around in boats.
