It is.

There's been reports of dolphins washed up on the beach and seals clearly distressed on the sand not wanting to go back in the water

Not sure how they're allowed to do what they are doing

Reading the artical says little to no impact of fish amd possible interfere with migration of dolphins and whales.

How did it get passed the greens?
If animals are getting whashed up they should stop strait away?
Or they will only stop if given a court order?
