Seaweed 90m beach

Post by Kosta7 » Thu Oct 05, 2017 11:01 am

Hey guys,

Has anyone fished 90m beach the last few days? What's the situation with the seaweed on the shoreline? Still around?

Heading there on Sat and spending 2 days around Seaspray and Delray beach

Plenty of weed in close to shore to the west of Lakes Entrance at the moment.
There's nothing . . . absolutely nothing . . . half so much worth doing as simply messing around in boats.

:(
Is it that slimy weed that gets stuck on your line? Wanted to set a few rods but it looks like will only use one and keep checking line every 5''...

Yes slimy and no fish. Soon as we see it we go further offshore. It was from the beach out to about 25mtrs last week.

Bugger...already have paid for accommodation at Seaspray. If it's not fishable will head towards Mcloughlin's or Shallow inlet for the day.

90 mile beach. It's at East Gippsland. Great fishing if conditions are ok
