Flat Rocks boat ramp(ish)

Hi does anyone know if the flat rocks boat ramp area in Inverloch is out of action or not.
I've heard recent erosion issues have restricted cars from accessing the beach.
Is this the case or not? If so what are my other launching options to avoid crossing the Inverloch bar?
