Capel Sound puts on a surprise

Went on Saturday July 21. Fishing was so so. Managed 5 squid and 5 keeper flathead. Went with family at gentleman's hours and nature put on a show for us. Going past where we go for squid off capel sound in 25ft of water was several pods of dolphins (50+), 1-2 seals and low and behold 2 humpback whales. Unforgettable experience.

I love being on the water you never know what is going to poke it’s head out the number of penguins off portarlington is amazing. Nice report and pictures

I prefer sorrento. Doesnt seem to be as many wankers as what you can get at rye. Lots of jet skis and arrogant pricks at rye...
From what I've seen sorrento is usually fishos who are competent at a ramp.
