Was down the peninsula on the weekend, decided to head to Gunna.
Had a ripping session on the saturday morning, managed to find a school, kept 4 released 5 and probably dropped another 5 including an absolute horse (would have been 60cm+) that came off just at the beach.
Went back sunday arvo and managed to find another salmon. Then i busted off a couple of times and couldnt be effed retying.
All fish caught on 40g slugs.
See pics below.
Just as a side note has anyone else found that fishing at low tide is a lot easier? Makes identifying the gutters simpler. Any tips for trying to find them at high tide.

Nice effort. Gutters are pretty easy to pick up at gunna on a high tide, generally the darker water where the waves don't break as much and the water looks like its running out to sea. If you're still struggling to see them climb up the dunes a bit so you've got a better view of the beach.

Nice effort mate. !
You've wandered along at low tide, so that gives you a good idea where to be at high tide.
