Both pictured above were taken on turtle back worms lol.
Both species are pretty common under the pier at st Leonards too

Yeah, same at sorrento...thought the top one was an 'Old wife'.? Though I have seen it labelled elsewhere as a boarfish..

I think the top one is an old wife not a boarfish the boarfishes stripes are on more of an angle and more of a pronounced snout
