Cuttlefish Bone Bag/Possession Limit

The bag/possession limit for Cuttlefish is 10.
Does this apply to Cuttlefish bones taken from the beach?
I have birds that love them, but i don't want to get myself in trouble for taking too many at a time.

Woulsnt same thing apply to washed up fish leftover?
