Is the foil color labeled on the packaging? Even if there is, a few jigs I have looked at...there is no english writing at all!

There are good colour charts are online, search for <brand> colour chart & check the image results.

Harimitsu (Sumizoku) label the foil colours on their site:
http://www.sumizoku.com/english/002normal/index.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

So do Yama:
http://www.yamaria.co.jp/english/yamash ... /egi_qlive" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

and Gan Craft (use google translate):
http://gancraft.com/egijya/3.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
http://gancraft.com/uojya/3_5standard.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

It's just a silver foiled jig with white cloth, not comparable to shimano or yamashitas White jigs.

Defiantly is a good buy, they don't seem too cheaply made, and i reckon it might last as long as a yamashita if cleaned with fresh water after each session.
