Fished recently off the beach but kept getting feet bitten by fish I presume, not very nice. Had a very successful time but a large stingray swam by and didn't particularly feel like dying so out of the water I went. Anyone encounter problems with stingrays whilst wading? How do you avoid? Thanks

Just don't step on them or surprise them from behind and you'll be fine. Rays are harmless unless acting in self defence
