Yeah, they're not attached to the bottom at all. So those little bolts are probably the only thing (other than gravity) holding them in place as several tons of water smash into them every couple of seconds

The article i posted mentions divers working underwater. So I'm guessing that maybe they are bolted on the bottom as well.

you're right

there's a Hun article that says the most recent damage was made much worse because they hadn't had a chance to fix the previous damage due to the weather
