I just can't be bothered fighting the crowds any longer :water:

A good reason to buy a boat if possible

Boating don't make you exempt from crowds these days.

I haven’t had a problem with crowds once. My boat is at a mariner though. Makes life easy :water:

Definitely would help. Occasionally boat traffic and people fishing on top of each other is a problem in western port and even bass strait.

November, Western port, weekends, beautiful weather = sometimes. I’m not that use to it though, during the season I made an effort to go during the week more than weekends where possible. Obviously most people can only do weekends though, and I’m sure boat ramps arent a pleasant place to be most of the time...

Do the same mate. Boat ramps can be pleasant if people help each other out if someone is having trouble.

Exactly try mornington during snapper season its like a car park out there.
You could almost cast into there boat.

We went out to flinders bank last week and we.were the first boat out there a s aftwr about 40 or so mins 2 other boats came out near us.

I think it gives you more flexibility to more fast to a new spot.
