Hard day on the water

Went out with purple5ive and frozenpod today from 630 till 130 ish.
Launched crip point qi5h 12knot wind and bit sloppt and headed for my usaul spot for squid.
Purple5ive cuaght a cuttle fish and then i got a.squid with really fast drift and thar was it for a hr so we moved to bottom bash.
I caught a gummy of 47cm on frozenpod rod cos he went to pick mine up lol
Then got a few small gummys that went back.

Then went back and frozenpod and purple5ive took turms catching 9 more squid and i coudnt get any more lol

Still nice day out on the water with the guys.

Better than working that's for sure. At least you still got a feed. My turn on Thursday.

you could not get a better boxing day than going out with those 2 blokes. Personally i got away a bit late today (had to take the dog to the vet) and you had much more fun that when I did today in PPB. After 3 hours and only 1 fish I pulled the pin......there is always another day but any day on the water is priceless with or without fish IMO.

Got feed of flatties around the Coronet Bay side - no monsters but there is a plague of tiny School shark between 20 and 30 cm overall length

lost count on how many I pulled - you move and they find you again bit of a pain really - no luck on whiting though

I enjoy all of my fishing days, good or bad. And if I get a feed, it is even better.
Nice catch, I went out with my friend in PPB and we caught loads of small flathead, until finally landing a 3.5kg snapper along with a few pinkies.
