Chasing reds

Post by Scraglor » Sun May 29, 2016 8:02 pm

So, with all the local hype, I thought I would try my hand at a late season red. Turns out they aren't as prolific as I had hoped. In order to try and salvage the day, I had a crack at old trusty whiting. After half an hour I had 8, sadly the leather jackets became unstoppable at that point so I went home.

It wasn't a great day, out, but was at least entertaining.

I use willy too. It was showing a calm day based on the direction? Was just hard work with wind across tide
