Hastings pier

Reporting in.
landbased off Hastings pier 3hrs before the high tide at Saturday arvo. plenty of grass whiting going around all seem to be 25cm roughly. tried to deep fry them with batter as fillets.wasnt too bad but definitely nothing like kgw. didn't catch anything else.used bait, worms and mussels. mussels were left untouched everytime.

We don't get many reports from Hastings pier. I suspect some people might keep their catches a bit quiet.
