Relax guys.
Specially you sensimilia.

Its an opinion. And everyones allowed one.
If i had a problem then i would have worded it differently.
Now fishcakes. That i have no idea about and how many fish it takes to make a cake.
But i did mention there's nothing wrong with a bag. But i also mentioned maybe catch and release if you think maybe you have too many already (maybe from.previous catches) which the author actually does i believe
And yes for your kind information. Lots of my fish is released. If i posted my catch here everytime i went out and i did indeed keep all of them. Id be very dissapointed with myself.
Ive been here long enough to bother posting reports anymore. As a newcomer to the site maybe you can contribute something usefull next time rather than jump the gun (which i have personally been guilty of before might i add)

Contribute.. like the couple of informative reports i have put up or giving advice whenever or where ever i can.. or maybe just paying my membership fee?

I am also allowed to give my opinion. Which i did. An opinion isn't an opinion anymore if you are telling someone to let some go next time. And it does bother you. You said again you think he has too much "which the author actually does i believe"

It isn't any of your business what he does with his legally caught fish.

Like i said. if it bothers you, email fisheries and let them know the bag limits should be lowered. Otherwise let the people report the catch and keep fish as they please as long as they are doing it legally. Soon people will stop posting reports because they wont want to get told off for keeping a few.

I agree what you say about stopping posting their reports because they get flamed even if they haven't done anything wrong.
That's why i worded it in a nice way (atleast i thought i did)
I don't want anyone to stop posting reports for that matter. But just wanted to remind about fishing sustainably.
I'm not bothering with fisheries because he Hasn't done anything wrong. You and me both know that.

With the contribution. Yes informative posts is what i meant. No one is forcing you to pay a fee.

With the author actually does i believe comment.
It was for both catch and release fishing as well as having a good amount of fish at home already

Nice fish, cheers davo
It's an exhilarating feeling catching a fish
But it's an even better feeling releasing them

If the fish are legal size and he's not over the bag limit then it's within the guide lines.
The amount of fish you keep or release is a personal thing.
No one has the right to impose their personal views on others, you can suggest but don't presume a personal view is absolute.
I don't have a problem with keeping fish or releasing them, each to their own as long as it's legal.

We should be more concerned with the super trawlers if your worried about fish stocks being depleted.
