Well done mate,when you smoke them do you need to bleed them as well?

I usually use sawdust mate. I use a few different ones but the one I used yesterday was called mallee from Rays I think it was. Or was it bbq's galore? It was one of them.
I also like one called unique blend which I purchased from bbq's galore :thumbsup:

Yea mate. I usually don't bleed them at the pier though because with 20 salmons there is a lot of blood and it can get very messy. I just clean them immediately when I get home.
They tasted great smoked :thumbsup:
