SP salmons.
Went for a short flick around port Melb this afternoon. Water was dead calm and it was around high tide.
Was a nice day to be out.
Cheers,
LX.

Nice catch there. Im long due to have a fish at Station pier in the next few days. They are the best size in my opinion.

Re: SP salmons.
Port Melbourne area is very under estimated on the nice fish it produces, when timing is right..Lagoon pier i don't like because its too narrow and you get some smart asses on snapper season, even though it fishes good.

Re: SP salmons.
Don't worry it's not snapper season now so hardly any fishing for them. Most of the top end of the pier was free today. You would never see that during snapper seasongregmaka wrote:Port Melbourne area is very under estimated on the nice fish it produces, when timing is right..Lagoon pier i don't like because its too narrow and you get some smart asses on snapper season, even though it fishes good.
Have you tried for them at princes pier mate?
