Last time I was there a guy had caught 4 flatties and 6 pinkies fishing in the top left hand corner. I was just flicking soft plastics around and could see he was getting multiple bites on his rod could here the bells going off and saw him bring in a couple of flatties. When I got near him I asked him If he had caught many more and he told me.

No I didn't ask him that but I'm pretty sure I saw him cutting up pilchards :)

I don't know if it's the best bait to use but I must admit it's a very reliable bait :) other baits I like to use around that area are white bait and chicken.

Have you fished from the Sandringham rockwall?
I've been told it's a good spot.

Yes plenty of times especially during snapper season. I usually go there if I go to my other spots and can't get a spot. The only thing I don't like about that spot is the slightly long walk if you want to fish right at the end which is where I usually like to fish from.
