hit up lagoon yesterday morning at 2 am and had a real good crack for not alot at all me and mate fish't till 10 30 am for a handful of undersize pinkie and a large black ray. the ray ran into the line of the guy fishing next to me it was funny when he was asking to stop it from running i had no controll on the 1st run then beach't after a quick 5 mins fight it was the highlight of the trip. bait used was salmon squid pillies and yakka's also saw a school of bream up to anywhere from 20 to about 40 cm it was great to see but would not eat a lure.

Good report, at Lagoon if you're targetting big critters it's a good idea to say hi to the fishos on your left. Just in case you need to do a beach landing and need them to wind their lines in.
