Wondering has anyone been fishing at either lagoon or kerferd road pier lately?
Any advice on where to cast and what sort of fish visit there? Thanks in advance

Fish that visit, snapper,flathead, banjos ect
To many boats kayak, helicopter , catch a fish,catch a fish

fish Ive caught at Kerferd rd are gummy shark, garfish, bream, flathead, snapper, trevally, KGW, mullet, snotty trevally, tailor, mulloway(shhh), rockling, rockcod, salmon, tommy rough and snook! Thats all I think...

Hi there. Fish I have caught and seen caught at Kerferd are..snapper, pinkys, gars, rockling, whiting, salmon, flathead, bream, banjos, silver trevally, gummy shark. Most caught in choppy conditions sunrise or sunset best fishing times. Main baits used pilchard, squid, pipi and blue bait. Never fished Lagoon much as most times too busy. More room on Kerferd and 2nd half of pier better casting towards St.Kilda. Sth.W, Sth and Sth.E winds I would chase. Not sure what the fishing is like there now as I haven't fish Kerferd for a few years now. Good luck..cheers.
