Awesome footage, great use of modern technology. Soon everyone will have a drone picking out the spots.
Re: nice footage of port Melbourne
that was really entertaining. know that area very well and it was a great idea to shoot it from the air well done guys
Re: nice footage of port Melbourne
Princess pier used to be such a great pier to fish it such a shame they ripped the top of it! Even when it was shut to the public, there was a small hole in the cyclone fence on the RHS and we would climb on. There used to be a ladder and platform to fish underneath the pier where you could usually see massive schools of trevally and bluenose bream during the day.
That drone looks pretty sweet! Wonder how much they are and what the range is on those things!

Saw this footage yesterday and thought the same thing, would come very handy on some lb action.shazdoggg wrote: That drone looks pretty sweet! Wonder how much they are and what the range is on those things!
They're a bit over 2k for a good complete setup, range is about 1km. The biggest problem is is battery life..about 25mins
But would be very cool filming a beach session with this!
