went to webb dock for snapper and ended up catching and releasing a 45 cm jewfish caught on a whole blue bait 1st one what as suprise but after 9 hours and pinkie time go but a guy did get a bream to anyone had any luck during the day on sp anywhere lb might try that if the weather not to bad when i get up also will post pick to of jewie

Good stuff on catching a jewie mate. Others put in long hours to catch any jewie. Did it fight hard at that size?

Nice catch , back in the late 80's I also caught a Mulloway under the westgate bridge , the same / fishing for snapper with a full pilchard on ganghooks. It was the biggest and 'only' Mulloway I have ever caught. Never got to weigh it but it was just under 1m long ! , true. Ahhhh the good old days !.
