Altona report for the 27th, 28th ans 31st.
fished the pier and saw nothing caught except a banjo and something else busted me off. Another bloke said he'd been busted off by a stingray about 3 times. A very disappointing 3 days of fishing.

Sorry you didn't, catch anything. I have been fishing similar dates all around williamstown with only a throw back pinkie to show for it. The guy fishing with me caught a good 53Cm flat head and I spoke with a guy down at near warmies who had caught a mulloway 65cm on live mullet that had been out on a line for a number of hours.

Its all quiet everywhere atm, but some hot weather on the way will probably improve things and get that water temp right up there.
No idea where the fish have gone but a lot of them probably in people's stomachs. :lol:
