The Warmies was one of two places I visited when I first thought about getting back into fishing. My disgust of both places was enough for me to buy a kayak and avoid this type of landbased fishing.

Having never seen this place i can not comment on the state but i can on painting land based fishers all with a bad rap and 'destroying any site' this is a case of the few ruining it for the many and painting all people the same is what gets us in trouble (examples include a well knowen 4wd show a few years back and a muddie track in west tasmainia.)
