Been a long time.
New adittion/fisherman added to tge family
.Finally after a few months had a chance to do 2 small trips.
1st my bro dragged me out to portland had a blast
Stooped at sturri creek caught few nice bream about 30cm give or take.
Moved to lee breakwall fished from 12pm till 11pm
Was quite till 4pm then the drags kicked off, no show though bit of a spew.
Then tried again hooked a giant eagle ray got to rocks then cut the line off. Then finally took out the drone that was fun.
Then finally the pinkies and couta came was fun for few hours.
Yesterday morning about 6 am i hit the warmies few fishos already there
Casted out sat back 20min later seen the rod bounce and waiting for the right moment to strike and bingo,
Put on a small fight but still was excitement after a few fishless months. As i got closer to tge edge and with low light i thought a small flatty. To my suprise im not sure if im right but was a baby 7 gill ill upload pick.
Colour was bluishe, as i said ive never caught 1 only a couple of gummies. Ill upload pic.
