Hey Fitzy,
Well done mate, cracking bag of fish. Did I see you coming into the Newport 7/11 at some stage? I was just on my way out. Was a bloke who looked a lot like you on the way in.
I also fished around 9 metres and seemed to find a few fish on the sounder but didn't turn a real apart from a few slimy pike.
Shaping up like another snapperless season for me lol absolutely hopeless i am
I'm terrible at anchoring, mark a fish and by the time i set the anchor I'm about 400 metres from the mark, just can't get it right
Got a new anchor winch, i think I'm even worse at anchoring now haha

Have to get the Savage crew together. Savage by name, savage on the snapper by naturefitzy90 wrote:I remember the boat because it is similar to mine, i have a 435 savage and they look very similarTheGreatestGoat wrote:Haha yep that was me mate!fitzy90 wrote:You may have, were you in the 420 stacer?TheGreatestGoat wrote:Hey Fitzy,

Top effort fitzy! That's a very nice bag mate. I was not far in the port Melb area in 7-8 metres. Out till late but no luck. Will be giving it another crack soon. At least it was a beautiful night to be on the water

10% off fishermen catch 90% of the fish?
