nude up secret kingy spot

Managed to sneak out for a quick fish today at forum member secret snapper spot.

I threw out a whole squid on one line and a large sand whiting on the other..nothing happened for a hour...I was lucky that forum member tuna tube had leant me this months womens weekly so I wasnt bored.

I sounded around for fish but no luck.i made a call to nude up and asked for a extra secret, sure fire, never miss werrible south king spot.

After some serious negation I was given a golden ticket to a kingy spot. ( boat has a 2nd morage now)

I headed off to the kingy spot and was quickly trolling through a stack off bait (Ive noticed alot more bait in the bay this year)

There was a few nice fish on the sounder and I had two hits but missed them.i was thinking they were going to nudge the lures all day but half a hr later I had alot off luck and landed this fish

Its not massive(8.9 kg) but I have 20 pd line so it fought well..

Cracking spot that ine BM. If you're really nice to nude up, he has a few more secret spots for the kingies which I believe will be in the next edition. Been looking for that magazine as Redhunter has been asking for it back
