Obviously fishing from a boat, as the pier is off limits...
Gummies and reds are available in the paddock, along with flatties. Pillies and squid will do the job, just keep that burley going. Best to pick a likely looking spot and sit it out and wait for the fish to come to you. The odd toothy should be out and about too, so it wouldn't hurt to take a larger outfit with you as well.
Hope you get onto a few!

LB you will be doing it tough for a gumbo as it's quite shallow along there. You do have a chance at some big flatties and whiting though, and it's also a popular floundering location.
Personally, if fishing LB I'd be looking elsewhere mate.

Point Lillias I have fished a few times. After you park it's a bit of a walk to go fishing but some nice spots around there :P
