I was thinking along he same lines. Bream, pinkies, flatties yes heard of all them come out of the Yarra but first time hearing about a snook. Maybe they caught that one elsewhere?

That's a place I haven't tried for awhile. Might give it a go sometime soon. Luckily it's very local for me :)

Awesome catches! I saw a decent salmon caught from the Yarra recently - so you never know on the snook front. I once caught a red mullet from the Yarra, and used to get rock cod down at the warmies area and have spotted morwong there, so it has a pretty long species list for me. My outlier hoped for species list includes a gummy, ling and pike / snook. The most surprising fish I've hooked was a metre long 7 gill, which I dropped at the edge due to 10b leader.

Some more nice fish over the past couple of weeks, on Saturday we landed well over 20 bream and 4 estuary perch

I'm going to get me a bream on a lure one day, trouble is it's hard to get the "bait fisho" out of me !

It's Good to see young people fishing reminds me of when I was young, how times have changed lol you guys are doing great! Nice bream and nice snook!!
