Patterson lakes canal bream

Hey guys, went fishing this afternoon and fished for an hour, ended up catching over 15 bream up to 35cm. The on in the photo was the biggest:) All fish where released!!

Great fun on light gear!!

Nice catch man! You must live very close o the water if that was released! Pretty jealous, I live next to an eel infested creek

what bait/rigs were you using?

me and my mates have tried patto a lot and only caught one decent size bream

because I was sight fishing for them I was sneaking up on them and casting an unwaited hook with bread rolled up on it and for some reason they love it

But when fishing out deeper I fish with a running sinker rig so a sinker running down to a swivel then a leader and a circle hook

Yeah I've used vibes before and caught 1 but i haven't had much luck on lures after that
