P5, what a great report, a great read and awesome pics. And there is nothing like those Blue Lippers, great at that size and age, they have been around the traps a while and they sure do test you. My Bream escapades aren't as great and the only chance I would have of catching a Blue lipper was if a small Bream was a cross dresser and put on blue lipstick.

Those pics did give me a chuckle. Props to going the extra mile to make a post with a difference.
In other news the entrance to coota has been manually opened. So if your aiming for some fishing down that way. A few weeks from.now would be a good start.
Bemm looks like it will be manually opened soon as well.
Hopefully they will do the same for tyers and maybe tamboon as well. As they both really need a good flush.
