Bream action in the nong!

Post by jewel90 » Sun Mar 10, 2019 8:24 pm

Today after the mini rain episode went to the nong with my light daiwa rod and a light running sinker and small hook tried fishing under the bridge in footscray. The water was dull and muddy and hardly any bite till the tide kicked in and fish started to bite. Got 3 bream using tiny pieces of chicken. Not a bad day at fishing on a dull day!
cheers

Good on you!
I found nong is hard to fish when it's dirty.
How dirty was it? Milo looking water?
