Get some strikepro micro vibes (black with red belly). Drop it on the side of the pylon and lay some line on the water, this will be your bite indicator while the lure is falling. Watch it closely, if the line stops, raise your rod as its a sign that the fish ate it, or its on the bottom. If the line twitched or moves/sinks quicker the fish had already taken the lure. Retrieving it back up if no hits when dropping it, twitch it subtly up till its out of the water and move to the next pylon...repeat. Hope this helps!
