I don't keep them ones , if there under 40cm sometimes I will but I have to be desperate like nothing in the freezer desperatehornet wrote:That's incredible it's almost a shame to keep them, personally I release all my bream as I don't like the taste of them, however I don't begrudge anyone who does keep them for a feed everyone's palate is different.
but I will eat yellow fin when I get them they taste heaps better .
